Location: Poznań or remote

Form of employment: B2B contract, work in our office in the center of Poznań (preferred), or remote + visits in Poznań (at least once in two weeks)
Remote work: possible full-time but with readiness to visit Poznań on a regular basis.

As we create our online diet and fitness solutions, we change the habits of thousands of people. Our flagship project (but not the only one) is the application Diet & Training by Ann created in cooperation with Anna Lewandowska which has been downloaded over 1.8m times and has been featured by Apple in the Apps We Love list. We create our own products, we make our own decisions in terms of the direction we want to take, and we have built a stable business model which finances the company’s operations.

Data Analyst for Mobile Applications

Do you love data from hundreds of thousands of mobile apps users? Are you keen on drawing unconventional conclusions and want to have a real impact on product development and the actions of other team members? Do you know that analytics is crucial in analyzing marketing activities? You’re in the right place!

Business objective:
Developing processes and tools necessary for decision-making in data-driven product development. Supporting the marketing team with more detailed data analysis. These actions are to contribute to the increased app user retention and better allocation of marketing budget expenses, and should ultimately translate into an increased financial result of the company.

Responsibilities:

  • Operational
    • creation and analysis of data reports (e.g. cohorts, churn, retention, KPI, MRR, CAC)
    • data interpretation and drawing conclusions
    • close cooperation with the marketing department in optimizing
    • acquisition campaigns and reactivating users, support in choosing optimum promotion channels
    • cooperation with the product team and analysis of differential tests for new functionalities and their impact on user retention
    • cooperation with the IT department on implementation guidelines
    • making sure the collected data is correct and the documentation is up-to-date in terms of analytics
  • Tactical & strategic
    • creation of the LTV prediction model in the subscription business model
    • creating dashboards for individual departments
    • sharing knowledge and cultivating data-driven approach in the company
    • providing recommendations and development directions for building an analytics stack

You are the perfect candidate if (requirements):

  • you have a minimum of 2 years of experience in analytics in a similar position
  • you have worked for at least a year as an analyst in the mobile application environment
  • you know Tableau (or other BI tools), SQL, BigQuery, Firebase, Facebook Analytics, Google Analytics for Firebase
  • you have worked for at least a year as an analyst in the mobile application environment

  • you can integrate various data sources, generate reports, create dashboards
  • you can analyze a huge amount of data and draw accurate conclusions
  • you understand database structures
  • you have high self-organization skills and the ability to prioritize tasks
  • you have a proactive approach to your responsibilities
  • you can and want to share knowledge and conclusions with other departments
  • you speak fluent English

It will also be a big advantage if:

  • you have experience with the in-app subscription business model and understand its subtleties
  • you know MMP: Appsflyer or Adjust
  • you have experience in calculating LTV
  • you can identify events to optimize acquisition campaigns in advertising systems
  • you are interested in Machine Learning and statistics
  • you are keen on healthy lifestyle
